Feedback:
yes please :)
Notes:
I wrote this really late last night, so I'm sorry if it sucks.
Also, this is my first time writing in the fandom (and I was half asleep
when doing it) so if it's too out of character I apologize.

Colin stood
nervously outside the door to the Brown's door. He could hear piano music
playing inside. He took a deep breath and rang the bell.
The piano music stopped. A moment later, the door was pulled open. Ephram
did a double take as he saw who was outside the door.
"Colin. Um…hi. Come in." Ephram said as he stood back and allowed Colin to
enter the house.
Colin grinned uneasily and walked in. "What CD were you playing?"
"What?" asked Ephram.
"The classical music? I could hear it outside. I liked it."
"Oh. That wasn't a CD. That was just me practicing."
"Wow. And that was just practicing? I'd hate to hear you in concert." He
realized that had sounded wrong and tried to correct himself."I mean, I'd
love to hear you in concert." He blushed. "I mean…"
"Hey man, it's cool." Ephram led the way into the living room and sat back
down at the piano. Colin sat in an arm chair nearby. "Any requests? Favorite
songs?"
Colin hesitated.
"Shit," Ephram said softly. "Sorry. I forgot for a minute."
"It's okay," said Colin.
"Besides, you didn't come here to listen to me play. Why are you here? Not
that I mind, but it is kind of unexpected. Wait, let me guess. It's about
Amy. You want to ask her out and don't know where to take her."
Colin looked down at his hands. "Well, sort of. It is about Amy. But the
problem isn't me wanting to ask her out. The problem is me not wanting to
ask her out. I mean, I guess I see what I liked about her before, but it
just doesn't feel right."
"So, you want advice on how to let her down softly?"
"Yeah," Colin said.
"It isn't going to be easy on her."
"I know. I hate doing this to everyone. I just want to start over."
"Do you have your eye on someone new to start over with?"
Colin blushed slightly.
"Who is she?" Ephram asked.
"Not she. He," Colin said. He looked up and met Ephram's eyes. "You."
Before Ephram had a chance to react, Colin stood and walked over to him. He
then leaned down and kissed Ephram softly, then fled from the house, the
door slamming behind him.
Ephram sat dazed for a minute. Then a small smile grew on his face. He
turned around and started playing his piano again.
